Expertise Aboubacar Cisse is a design engineer in computer science and a graduate of the Higher Polytechnic School of Dakar. He spent 10 years as project manager at the State ICT Development Agency of Senegal. Aboubacar Cisse is now the Chairman of the EIG Social Hub Senegal, and is a T/TI consultant.
Work with T/TI Aboubacar Cisse is a T/TI consultant and design engineer in computer science. He led the EA Implementation and trained IT specialists and local government managers to design and implement eGovernmentt services in Benin.
Other Professional Experience Most recently, he worked with T/TI on the e-Benin e-Government project. Other projects that Mr. Cisse worked on are the Single Sign-On Framework (Government of Senegal), Système Gestion des Ressources Humaines de l’Etat (Government of Senegal), and Fichier Unifié du Personnel de l’Etat du Senegal (Government of Senegal).
